The pictures show installation of the casing on completion of the borehole.
This water well was installed with 140mm diameter casing. The well was over 50 metres deep, with a natural water level of 36 metres.
You may think that your garden will look like a total white out when we've finished! Just to reassure you we have added a photo showing the lawn when the borehole was complete and we had removed the drilling rig from the position. Difficult access to the borehole position was achieved by winching the rig to position and then carrying the equipment in. All spoil from drilling the borehole was disposed of in a nearby skip.
