We can now supply high quality plastic borehole casing in a large range of sizes and quantities from stock, for use in water wells, deep bore soakaways and monitoring wells. The borehole casing is W.R.A.S. approved and come in flush, spigot and socket, threaded or push fit to suit your application.
High flow rates are achieved by using machined slots, the slotted casing can be from 0.30mm to 3.00mm to suit the ground conditions and gravel pack.

Spigot and Socket connections. The casing is coated with a solvent glue, after a few minutes the casing is ready to lower in to the borehole. Suitable for shallow boreholes, or boreholes with a high water table.
Flush joint water well casing with trapezoidal thread. This is the type that we use!
The advantage with this type of casing is that there is no need to wait for solvent glues to go off. Another advantage is that as the joints are flush, this enables the gravel pack and bentonite seals to easily be poured into the borehole and surround the casing. Spigot and socket joints require a larger diameter borehole to ensure that the gravel and bentonite do not bridge between the temporary steel casing and the plastic well liner.
Whitworth threaded well casing, cylindrical internal threads with conical external pitch. This is similar again to the spigot and socket casing with a "Blown Thread". When using this type of casing you must make sure that you have sufficient room to allow the gravel pack to freely flow to the bottom of the borehole.
Trapezoidal threaded with a socketed and threaded female end.
